What do the plans cost?
mytoucan has three plans. Explorer is free forever and covers one family. Starter is $19 USD a month for up to ten families. Professional is $39 USD a month for unlimited families, plus invoicing and client chat. Annual plans save 20%: Starter is $15.20 USD a month, billed annually at $182.40 USD, and Professional is $31.20 USD a month, billed annually at $374.40 USD. Parents always use mytoucan for free, on every plan.
Is there a minimum contract or commitment period?
Monthly plans are month to month, and you can cancel or change your plan whenever you like. Annual plans are paid upfront for twelve months and save 20%: Starter is billed at $182.40 USD a year, and Professional at $374.40 USD a year.
What kind of customer support is available?
Email hello@mytoucan.io and we’ll reply as a real person. We also help via Instagram DMs, a private Facebook group, and a one-on-one 45-minute onboarding session. No ticket bots.
Are there any additional costs or fees?
No hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-family charges, and no surprise overage bills.
Is there a limit to the number of users that can access the CRM?
Each plan covers one practitioner. Explorer supports one family, Starter supports up to ten, and Professional is unlimited. Parents always get free access and never count toward your limit.
How secure is the data stored on mytoucan?
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit access with role-based controls and multi-factor authentication, back up off-site, and follow practices aligned with GDPR.
Is there training or onboarding for new users?
Yes. You get step-by-step videos, documentation, and a one-on-one 45-minute session with our team.
How do I switch to a different plan?
Switch any time from the billing page in your account. Select the plan you’d like and start using the new features immediately.
What payment methods do you offer?
Visa and Mastercard through Stripe.
