Our pricing plans typically include a set number of user licenses or seats. These licenses determine the maximum number of users who can access and utilise the CRM system simultaneously. For example, if you select a plan with 3 user licenses, up to 3 individuals within your organisation can have their own accounts and access the CRM system concurrently.
The sharing of one email address linked on a user licenses with multiple people is strongly discouraged. If you require additional user licenses beyond the limit included in your plan, we offer options to upgrade your subscription or purchase additional licenses separately.
